What OneManLab Is Building
A short field note on OneManLab as an AI Native Software Factory for solo builders.
The starting point
OneManLab explores a simple question: what changes when one builder can work with the leverage of a small software team?
The answer is not only faster coding. The deeper shift is in the operating system around software delivery: planning, research, specification, coding, review, release, reflection, and learning.
The current focus
The first stage is a public content platform. The goal is to publish practice notes, turn repeated patterns into methods, and connect those methods to real projects.
That means Blog comes first. The writing is the lab notebook. Projects are the evidence. Method is where the durable conclusions go.
What will stay out of scope
OneManLab is not becoming a SaaS product in this phase. There is no user system, no billing, no agent platform, and no dashboard hidden behind the homepage.
The product right now is clarity: a public record of how AI native software work can be practiced by one person without pretending to be a large company.
What comes next
The next step is to keep the workflow boring in the best way: write in Markdown, commit to Git, publish automatically, and let every project leave behind a trail that can become better method.
